How we make money

Publications that hide their funding model tend to have one worth hiding. Here is ours.

What we do

• Clinic directory listings. Clinics can pay to be listed in our directory. Listings are marked as paid, and paying does not affect editorial coverage.
• Sponsored features. Clearly labelled, written to the same standard, never presented as independent editorial.
• Affiliate links. Where we link to a product, we may earn a commission. This never determines whether a product is recommended, and affiliate links are disclosed.
• Newsletter sponsorship. Labelled in the email.

What we do not do

• We do not sell editorial links.
• We do not allow advertisers to review coverage before publication.
• We do not remove critical coverage in exchange for commercial relationships.
• We do not run programmatic display advertising.

Our publisher's other interests

Northbank Media publishes several specialist titles and works with organisations in the sectors those titles cover. Where a company we link to has a commercial relationship with our publisher, we disclose it on the article. We think readers are better served by disclosure than by pretending such relationships do not exist.
